Refund Policy

At Levantry, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and heritage behind every jar. Because our products are handcrafted and perishable, we are unable to accept returns. However, your experience is our priority; if your order arrives damaged or fails to meet our quality standards, please reach out to us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food products, whether opened or unopened. All sales of our condiments are final.

2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, we understand that accidents can happen during transit.

  • Damaged Goods: If your jar arrives broken or leaking, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong flavor or product, please let us know immediately.

To process a claim for a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Email us at info@levantry.ca

  2. Include your Order Number.

  3. Attach a photo of the damaged jar or the incorrect item received.

Upon verification, we will either send a replacement at no additional cost to you or issue a refund for the affected item.

3. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

4. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Because we aim to get our products to you as fast as possible, our processing window is short. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Levantry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
